Location: Nashville TN Full-Time On-Site

Our client is a leader in turnkey kitchen and bath solutions supporting singlefamily and multifamily builders with high-quality cabinetry countertops and surface products. With a reputation for on-time delivery exceptional customer service and operational excellence they serve some of the largest names in the building industry across the United States.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead their Stone Division in the TN and surrounding markets. This key individual will be accountable for the seamless execution of kitchen and bath installations including stone cabinets countertops flooring and hardware. The ideal candidate has a proven background in turnkey project execution deep understanding of stone countertops and a passion for leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Ensure all projects are completed on time on budget and with a strong focus on safety quality and customer satisfaction. -
Operational Strategy:
Develop and execute scalable processes that improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance service delivery across departments. -
Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives in process optimization safety programs and quality assurance to ensure best-in-class performance.
What Were Looking For:

Experience:
10 years of progressive leadership experience including a strong track record overseeing Stone/Countertop operations for turnkey kitchen & bath organiazations. -
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead large multi-market teams with strong coaching communication and performance management skills. -
Operational Acumen:
Deep understanding of project-based operations including scheduling field management installation logistics and service. -
Safety & Quality Focused:
Strong knowledge of job site safety standards and a commitment to high-quality timely project delivery. -
Builder/Construction Industry Experience:
Background in new home construction or building materials industries preferred. Experience interfacing with builders is a plus. -
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with operations software ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
