Our flagship software platform Valkyrie brings advanced autonomy and swarm technology to UAVs enabling multiple drones to collaborate seamlessly adapt to complex missions and perform with greater independence. Partnering with the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) were at the forefront of UAV innovation delivering cutting-edge solutions to both government and industry clients.
Were a tight-knit team of 20 people based in Oslo Norway combining expertise in defense software and AI. As a startup we move fast work closely and value clarity integrity and teamwork in everything we do.
Were looking for a Recruitment Lead to take full ownership of our recruitment function at Six Robotics. This is our first internal hire in talent acquisition and youll be responsible for building the systems structure and strategy that will support our growth.
As a Recruitment Lead you wont just fill roles to increase headcount. Youll be part of shaping how we grow define how we hire and help set the bar for what great talent looks like. From high-volume technical hiring to crafting appealing job ads building employer branding and stakeholder coaching youll work across the entire company to make sure we hire the right people at the right time in the right way.
Although youll be joining as our first internal hire in recruitment you will not be our last. We know the scale of growth coming over the next few years and were building a solid recruitment function to match that. Today we work with an embedded recruitment partner who supports the business across multiple roles. As Recruitment Lead youll step in to take ownership lead both internal and external resources and lay the foundation for an internal team that can scale with us.
Were looking for someone whos been in the field for a few years already cracked tough searches and built great teams under pressure. You know how to turn ambiguity into structure translating vague hiring needs into clear job descriptions sharp scorecards and scalable processes. Youve seen what works (and what doesnt) and you bring a pragmatic resilient approach to high-growth environments. Youre a trusted partner to the business confident managing stakeholders and you hold a high bar for both quality and speed.

Yes we know theres a certain irony in making a recruiter go through a recruitment process with a recruiter to become our Recruitment Lead. But hey if anyone gets it its you. We aim to keep our process short and sweet but also thorough. As a small team every hire matters and we cant afford to get this one wrong.
Heres what to expect:
1. Screening interview with one of our recruiters to get to know you better (30 min)
2. Meet & Greet with someone from the team to learn more about us (45 min)
3. Structured case interview to get to know you even better (90 min)
4. Final interview and a chance to meet with the management team (45 min)
5. Reference check followed by an offer if everything goes well.

Security Clearance Requirement
All employees at Six Robotics are required to undergo a security clearance due to our close collaboration with the Norwegian Armed Forces. While prior clearance is not necessary the clearance process will be initiated as part of onboarding.
