Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruitment

Location: Mumbai
Industry: Healthcare
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: 30000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations specifically within the healthcare industry. This role demands strong communication organizational and coordination skills to support our clients hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle from understanding the job requirement to sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding.

  • Source candidates through job portals social media platforms internal databases and professional networks.

  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

  • Conduct initial screenings telephonic or face-to-face interviews and assess candidate suitability.

  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.

  • Draft job descriptions and publish job ads across multiple platforms.

  • Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.

  • Support general HR operations such as employee record management attendance leave and HR documentation.

  • Handle exit formalities and employee engagement activities when required.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and industry regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR would be an added advantage.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations preferably in the healthcare industry.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g. Naukri Indeed LinkedIn).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with HR processes documentation and compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
