Job Title: HR Recruitment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations specifically within the healthcare industry. This role demands strong communication organizational and coordination skills to support our clients hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment cycle from understanding the job requirement to sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals social media platforms internal databases and professional networks.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Conduct initial screenings telephonic or face-to-face interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.
Draft job descriptions and publish job ads across multiple platforms.
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Support general HR operations such as employee record management attendance leave and HR documentation.
Handle exit formalities and employee engagement activities when required.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and industry regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR would be an added advantage.
2 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations preferably in the healthcare industry.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g. Naukri Indeed LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR processes documentation and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
