The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Partner you ll work in a high-performance team serving offshore clients across Australia the US and the UK. You ll be the face of recruitment guiding hiring managers owning the brief driving candidate experience and getting hires over the line. No micromanagement no fluff. Only impact.
What you ll do on the daily:
- Own the client relationship end to end from job calibration meeting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with our in-house headhunting team but bring your own sourcing strategies too.
- Interview and assess like a pro not just fill a role but match culture and potential.
- Professionally pre-close on both sides handle offers and keep control of your pipeline.
- Mentor junior recruiters and help lift the bar across the team.
- Keep your data clean and your comms sharp (we use Zoho).
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- 5 years in recruitment (agency in-house RPO if you ve done it we re listening).
- Proven client-facing gravitas you know how to push back with class.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement game.
- You re process-driven but not afraid to break the mold to get results.
- You get that candidate experience matters as much as speed
