The Role:
As Recruitment Team Lead you ll take the reins of a team of 3 Senior Recruiters working inside a larger high-performance team of 20 across PH and South Africa. Your focus Delivery quality and development. You ll be hands-on when it matters client-facing when needed and always on top of your team s performance.
Requirements
What You ll Actually Do:
- Day-to-day running your own recruitment desk and leading by example hiring key roles for our clients across Australia US and UK.
- Lead a pod of 3 recruiters: daily coaching performance feedback and stretch development.
- Set expectations troubleshoot roadblocks and drive accountability without micromanaging.
- Review job briefs pipeline health and delivery strategy youre their first line of support and escalation.
- Step in with clients when needed to realign reset or reinforce the value we bring.
- Track performance metrics and own reporting you know your team s numbers and story.
- Champion candidate and client experience our bar stays high and you keep it there
What We re Looking For:
- 6 years in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Proven track record in agency BPO or RPO environments.
- Sharp coaching instincts you can spot excuses a mile away.
- You balance empathy with accountability. People respect you because you deliver.
- Solid operational thinking you re good with systems data and repeatable results (Zoho experience nice bonus).
