You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated 360 Recruitment Partner to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment and client acquisition processes. In this fully autonomous role you will be responsible for both business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery driving Workforce Global s growth while building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
What You Will Do
Proactively identify and approach potential clients to introduce Workforce Global s recruitment solutions.
Understand client needs design tailored recruitment strategies and prepare customized proposals.
Lead contract negotiations manage the full sales cycle and secure client agreements.
Take ownership of active job openings by sourcing identifying interviewing and assessing qualified candidates.
Match the right talent to the right roles ensuring an excellent candidate experience and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Workforce Global s leadership team to align recruitment efforts with client business goals.
Utilize Workforce Global s digital tools to manage both client and candidate pipelines maintain up-to-date records and generate regular reports.
Represent Workforce Global with professionalism and integrity in all business interactions.

We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in both recruitment (talent acquisition headhunting) and business development or client-facing sales roles.
Is confident in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement.
Demonstrates strong sourcing screening interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn job boards referrals etc.).
Has excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
Is self-driven entrepreneurial and thrives in an autonomous remote work environment.
Is highly organized with strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Confidently manages multiple client accounts and open positions simultaneously.
Is fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage depending on market focus.
Embraces a fully commission-based income model with high motivation to drive personal and company growth.
