Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Site Manager at our Suffolk location. If you are looking for a career that offers professional satisfaction and growth this may be the ideal opportunity!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily operations for the assigned office and provides problem solving expertise
- Observe the physical environment of the assigned office and make certain that all areas are neat clean and organized
- Ensure practice policies and procedures are followed by staff to ensure patient safety and satisfaction practice efficiency patient privacy and professional care
- Conduct staff meetings to communicate updates news information to team members in a timely and effective manner
- Approve staff overtime vacation days and sick time. Keep accurate employee files of requests and approvals
- Interview hire evaluate orient and train all assigned employees
- Conduct appropriate employee disciplinary action when warranted
- Ensure that the correct payroll information is entered into the payroll system for all assigned employees
- Ensure collection of necessary information from patients for proper billing of services
- Have a working knowledge of CLIA OSHA and other regulatory office requirements
- All other duties as assigned
Required License/Experience/Skills
- Credentialed as a Medical Assistant or other nursing related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
Preferred License/Experience/Skills
- Previous management experience
