Job Description
SITE MANAGER - BULLDOG ACTIVITY CENTER AND MUNSON STADIUM
Days and Hours as Needed
$20.00 per hour
Eveningand Weekend hours (some hours during the day possible)
Multiple positions will be filled
INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
Basic Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the following:
- Direct oversight of the facility when on duty
- Open and close the facility
- Point of contact while supervising the facility for injuries building issues behavior of students staff and parents
- Identify and report routine maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Communicate with attendees rules and regulations and ensure those rules and regulations are followed to comply with policies and procedures
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with public in official capacity when required
- Serve as a role model in how to conduct themselves as responsible citizens
- Respond to routine questions and requests in a timely appropriate manner
- Establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager Athletic Director or Assistant Superintendent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- May be required to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit through the ODEW
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to interact with diverse groups
- Ability to problem with public in official capacity when required
- Create routine equipment maintenance and safety inspection procedures.

- Work as a member of a team
- Patient flexible and willing to work with all types of people
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative to prevent problems
- Ability to take directions
Additional Working Conditions:
- Frequent requirement to sit stand walk talk hear see read speak reach stretch with hands and arms crouch kneel climb and stoop
- Hours and days worked may be flexible based on in season and out of season events.
