Key Responsibilities:
- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy - to attract top talents reduce hiring time and enhace candidate experience.
- Will lead mentor a team of recruiters to ensire they meet the recruitment goals and deliver high quality hires.
- Will be responsible to establish metrics and KPIs for effective recruitment - on time hire cost per hire quality hire and recruitment data analysis.
- Oversee all recruitment process- from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Utilize sourcing mix strategies to attract diverse candidate and create pipeline for current and furture hiring needs.
- Work with Marketing and Communication teams to develop and promote companies brand both internally and externally..
- Be updated on the current industry trends competitor hiring practices and emerging recruotment technologies to ensure company remains competatibe in the the talent market
- Work with business provide recruitment expertise on current trends and compensation data to assist business leades in decision making.
Candidate Requirement:
1) 15 years of experience in talent acquisition with a graduate/ post graduate degree- Full time from retail industry.
2) Strong leadership and management skills should have experince in developing and grooming high performing teams.
