Accounts Payable Clerk
Seeking two detailoriented professionals for finance support roles in the printing industry based onsite in Winnipeg. Key tasks include accounts payable invoice processing general ledger entries and reconciliations. Ideal for candidates with Excel proficiency and strong data entry skills. Fulltime hours casual environment.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $19.
3month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Process verify and audit invoices journal entries purchase orders and expense reports.
Record receipts prepare bank deposits and post entries to the general ledger.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve exceptions.
Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry and filing tasks.
Respond to routine and moderately complex accountingrelated inquiries.
Assist with general clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
Move packages of paper as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
Intermediatelevel accounting or clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow established procedures with moderate supervision.
