Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is essential to maintaining an organized and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties including filing photocopying scanning and data entry

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain and update records documents and databases

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary

  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently

  • Reliable punctual and professional demeanor
