Join the St Vincents Private Hospital Brisbane team as Administration Officer in our Patient Administration Services department at our spectacular Kangaroo Point location. You will bring your passion to the position where you will work across various specialities within the Hospital. A snapshot of your duties would include:
Hospital Reception and switchboard operations
Perform a wide range of administrative duties across the hospital which may include areas of reception admissions medical records and ward clerk relief; and
Supporting our clinical team with administrative duties in providing services to our patients.
This roving role ensures that no two days are the same offering you a diverse and engaging work experience.

Ability to work on permanent part time basis for three days per week with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts as required
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with others quickly
Strong attention to detail with a focus on integrity efficiency and accuracy
Effective organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong work ethic and good understanding of patient confidentiality
Adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to shift focus day to day; and
Must be available to work between the hours of 6:30am and 7:30pm
