As part of our development we are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to accelerate our sales growth and ensure strategic management of our customer accounts.
Responsibilities
1. Business development & prospecting
Identify and target new customers in various sectors (digital identity fintech transport retail etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts strategic partners and integrators.
Identify specific customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Participate in events trade shows and conferences to increase Famocos visibility and detect business opportunities.
2. Key account management and retention
Proactively follow up existing customers to maximize satisfaction and encourage retention.
Detect crosssell and upsell opportunities by proposing appropriate complementary solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and coordinate internal interactions to ensure optimal customer service.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams (technical product marketing) to improve offerings.
3. Presenting and promoting Famoco solutions
Present and demonstrate Famoco solutions to customers and partners.
Adapt sales offers to the specific needs of the markets and sectors addressed.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to refine sales materials and messages.
4. Negotiation & closing
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting qualification presentation of solutions negotiation and signing of contracts.
Build attractive offers adapted to customer needs.
Negotiate contractual conditions in collaboration with internal teams.
5. Market analysis and sales strategy
Monitor market trends in digital solutions (identity payment mobility etc.) and analyze the competition.
Identify strategic partners to develop commercial synergies.
Provide regular analysis of sales performance and recommendations for finetuning sales strategy.
