Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai

We’re looking for people with a passion for sales and a drive to make a mark in the events industry in India.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from various channels and build a robust client pipeline.
  • Conduct indepth market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Promote products/services to address and meet client objectives.
  • Take ownership of client meetings product demos and followups.
  • Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify client needs and customize solutions to suit their requirements.
  • Travel as needed for business development and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in the events industry (preferred: event automation or ticketing solutions).
  • Strong command over spoken and written English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of market trends and an understanding of event automation and hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
