Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Mumbai
We’re looking for people with a passion for sales and a drive to make a mark in the events industry in India.
Role & responsibilities:
- Generate leads from various channels and build a robust client pipeline.
- Conduct indepth market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Promote products/services to address and meet client objectives.
- Take ownership of client meetings product demos and followups.
- Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify client needs and customize solutions to suit their requirements.
- Travel as needed for business development and client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in the events industry (preferred: event automation or ticketing solutions).
- Strong command over spoken and written English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of market trends and an understanding of event automation and hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and strategic planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
