Bemsiq Group unites a global network of companies that develop smart field devices which measure collect and transmit operational data- making it available and actionable for customers across Building Automation Metering and Industrial operations.
Were targeting sustained double-digit annual growth powered by disciplined M&A and organic initiatives. Backed by long-term owners and an active acquisition track record were linking strong companies codifying a common playbook and investing in shared capabilities to build an industry-leading portfolio.
To support this ambition we are expanding our Group Business Development function with a versatile team of professionals working across M&A strategic planning execution support market intelligence and PMO activities. Were now looking for a Strategy and Business Development Analyst to play one of the central roles in this effort.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Group Management and divisional leaders on high-impact initiatives. The role is designed for high-potential individuals seeking future leadership opportunities within the Bemsiq Group.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive M&A activities from pipeline development and evaluation to due diligence and integration.
- Contribute to the Groups annual strategy and business planning process in collaboration with divisions.
- Lead or support strategic initiatives such as manufacturing footprint optimization market expansion and sales channel development.
- Perform structured market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Build robust business cases and financial models to guide investment decisions.
- Provide project management and hands-on execution support for group-level initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align on priorities and deliver results.
Are you the one we are looking for
Were looking for someone with a strong interest in business development strategic thinking and creating value through collaboration and insight.
You might be a recent graduate or currently in your final year of studies what matters most is your drive curiosity and willingness to learn.
We welcome students who can start part-time during their studies with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development role after graduation.
Experience & Education
- Were open to diverse academic backgrounds but expect strong analytical and strategic thinking typically gained through studies in Engineering Business Economics or Finance. A Masters degree is expected.
- Experience in M&A processes and financial modeling is a plus.
