Mapledown School is a secondary special school catering for students with Severe and Profound or Complex learning difficulties and Autism in Barnet. Our ethos and vision are to provide a learning environment for all members of the school community where everyone can work and learn together. About you:
We wish to appoint a teacher & Head of Department with: Relevant teaching and leading teams experience A commitment to special education and improving the lives of children and young people with disabilities Excellent organisation skills Dedication to the welfare safeguarding and achievement of every learner Ability to inspire challenge and motivate all young people Commitment to providing outstanding learning experiences A reflective approach to their ongoing professional development
