Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain a customer database.
Explain products or services in a clear and professional manner.
Handle customer queries efficiently and resolve concerns.
Maintain call logs and provide regular updates to the team leader or manager.
Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the supervisor.
Provide accurate information and maintain call quality standards.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 102; graduates preferred.
0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling customer support or a similar role.
Proficient in Tamil Hindi and English (spoken).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with basic computer systems and call center software.
Strong persuasion skills and a confident speaking voice.
