Job Description

Profile: Telecaller

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales

Salary Range: 1.50 LPA 2.40 LPA

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Head / Management

Key Focus Areas:

Handle and convert leads generated from IndiaMART TradeIndia Aajjo Meta (Facebook/Instagram) etc.

Regular follow-ups on previous and dormant leads to maintain engagement.

Manage B2B and Private Label inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on business requirements.

Build strong customer relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact existing and potential customers using structured scripts.

Understand customer specifications and offer appropriate product solutions.

Address queries and provide information related to its product range.

Maintain accurate call logs update lead status and manage CRM entries.

Process product orders efficiently and support the Sales team with lead qualification.

Maintain consistent follow-up schedules for lead nurturing.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Share customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability

Basic understanding of B2B sales and private label conversations

Proficiency in handling online inquiries and CRM tools

Quick learner with adaptability and a results-driven approach

Good time management and organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree (any discipline)

0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales

Experience in dealing with B2B clients or eCommerce leads is preferred
