What Youll Do
- Own the talent gameLead fullcycle recruitment for key business teams including Tech/IT Digital Marketing Finance HR Legal Customer Success and Customer Support.
- Be a true business partnerUnderstand each teams goals and proactively solve their talent needs.
- Recruit at scaleIdentify attract and onboard toptier professionals who align with our highperformance culture.
- Lead digital transformationDrive the modernization of talent acquisition using AI.
- Build the futureHire and mentor future leaders within the talent acquisition team.
