Recruiting & Sourcing: Identify candidates through job boards LinkedIn referrals and outreach.
Client Engagement: Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver the right talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills experience and fit.
Sales & Lead Generation: Research and reach out to potential clients to introduce Legacy Talent Searchs services.
Job Postings & ATS: Create engaging job descriptions and manage applicant pipelines through our ATS.
Offer Coordination: Assist in extending and negotiating offers while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Team Collaboration: Work with recruiters and account managers to deliver hiring solutions that align with client goals.
Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators such as time-to-fill and candidate outreach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills you enjoy talking to people and building connections.
Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable managing your time effectively.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
Previous experience in sales customer service or recruiting is a plus but not required well train the right person!
