Job Description

Overview:
Griffin Health is seeking a compassionate motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting all aspects of HR operations with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to fostering a positive inclusive workplace culture aligned with Griffin Healths mission and Planetree philosophy of patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 80 open positions across the organization.
  • Implement recruitment strategies and advertising plans targeting qualified candidates.
  • Pre-screen applicants assess qualifications and ensure alignment with organizational values including the Planetree Attitude.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate timely and equitable hiring decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire documentation.
  • Review exit interviews and report on actionable items to improve the employee experience.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a resource to managers and staff on HR policies conflict resolution and employee concerns.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and recommend resolution strategies.
  • Support management in applying consistent and equitable HR practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and progressive discipline.
  • Monitor workplace trends and partner with leadership to proactively address morale engagement and retention.

HR Program Development & Compliance

  • Educate and administer HR policies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Support compliance efforts by researching regulations and preparing responses as needed.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee-focused programs that support professional growth and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and promotion of a positive respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or closely related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience specializing in high volume full-cycle recruiting with employee relations experience.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional compassionate demeanor with a commitment to service excellence.
