Overview:
Griffin Health is seeking a compassionate motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting all aspects of HR operations with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 80 open positions across the organization.
- Implement recruitment strategies and advertising plans targeting qualified candidates.
- Pre-screen applicants assess qualifications and ensure alignment with organizational values including the Planetree Attitude.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate timely and equitable hiring decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire documentation.
- Review exit interviews and report on actionable items to improve the employee experience.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a resource to managers and staff on HR policies conflict resolution and employee concerns.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and recommend resolution strategies.
- Support management in applying consistent and equitable HR practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and progressive discipline.
- Monitor workplace trends and partner with leadership to proactively address morale engagement and retention.
HR Program Development & Compliance
- Educate and administer HR policies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Support compliance efforts by researching regulations and preparing responses as needed.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee-focused programs that support professional growth and employee engagement.
- Support the development and promotion of a positive respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or closely related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience specializing in high volume full-cycle recruiting with employee relations experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices required.
