Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales professionals with a proven track record in driving sales through direct customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Conducting field visits to existing customers to explain the companys offerings and explore new order opportunities.
- Meeting 1015 GSTregistered customers daily.
- Managing sales activities in Mumbai Navi Mumbai and nearby areas.
- The average traveling per day will be approx 100 km.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships to drive product sales.
- Converting highrevenue leads into successful sales.
- Retaining customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identifying potential customers planning visits managing accounts and closing deals.
- Maintaining detailed records in CRM systems including customer information visit reports price quotes and correspondence.
- Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets.
Desired Profile:
- Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (engineering graduates preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce processes and CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
- Personality Traits: Highly analytical selfmotivated and resultsdriven individuals are preferred.
