Job Description

At Tecro we are looking for an exceptional sales professional to lead our international market expansion.

With over 15 years of experience creating top-tier software from General Pico and with a track record in the Argentinian and US markets we invite you to be a key part of our growth. If you are passionate about sales technology and strategic challenges this opportunity is for you.

Tasks

Your Mission / The Challenge:

We are seeking a hybrid profile capable of both designing and executing the companys expansion strategy. Your mission will be to continue enhance and scale our commercial presence primarily in the US with an initial focus on the Payment Banking and FinTech sectors.
You will be the architect and executor of our service sales growth.

What will you do day-to-day

  • Design and execute the prospecting strategy to identify high-value opportunities mainly in the US market.
  • Lead the sales cycle: lead generation qualification outreach and management.
  • Conduct meetings and present our services to potential clients effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
  • Develop custom commercial proposals by understanding client needs.
  • Maintain a record of all commercial activity in our CRM to allow for continuous tracking and improvement.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and events in the U.S. to generate new opportunities and build relationships

Requirements

Must have requirements

Advanced/bilingual proficiency in English
Proven experience in B2B sales roles selling services or intangible products
Availability to travel abroad
Obtaining a B1/B2 business visa for USA

Nice-to-Have (Not required)

  • Resident of General Pico La Pampa or the surrounding area.
  • Knowledge or experience in the software or technology industry.
