Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting clients with insurance-related questions and inquiries
- Managing client data and records accurately
- Learning and following insurance industry guidelines and practices
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Interest in obtaining a 440 Insurance License (well help you get it!)
