Job Description

Sales & Customer Support Virtual Assistant (SaaS)


Location: Remote Philippines (Metro Manila or other urban area with stable internet)
Compensation: $1200 $1400 USD/month (depending on experience)
Industry: B2B SaaS / Technology
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) UK business hours (9am 5pm GMT) with flexibility


About the Role:
We re hiring a Sales & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to directly support our sales and customer success activities and keep our sales process sharp structured and stress-free. Youll handle customer inquiries administrative tasks email and calendar management enabling our sales team to focus effectively on is a high-impact client-facing role that blends warm outreach light lead qualification scheduling and frontline support ticket triage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer queries and support emails / tickets
  • Respond to warm leads and email replies from cold campaigns.
  • Lightly qualify leads book discovery calls and handle objections professionally
  • Manage the customer support inbox ensuring prompt polished responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings using Google Calendar Calendly or similar tools.
  • Keep CRM records (HubSpot Pipedrive etc.) clean and up to date.
  • Enroll leads into email workflows and outbound sequences.
  • Draft professional concise follow-up messages and send relevant resources.
  • Handle basic support tickets and escalate when needed following SOPs.
  • Track daily tasks meetings and deal movement to support consistent follow-through.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years in a Sales Support Sales VA SDR or customer success role (strong preference to experience in SaaS or tech).
  • Based in Metro Manila or other urban areas with stable electricity and high-speed internet.
  • Excellent spoken and written English clear confident and client-ready.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot Pipedrive or similar.
  • Organized tech-savvy and great at managing multiple tools and tabs (Gmail Google Sheets Loom Calendly Smartlead Lemlist Intercom etc.).
  • Proactive self-managing and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.


Nice to Have:

  • Backup laptop/device and mobile hotspot for power/internet redundancy.
  • Experience working with UK or U.S. clients in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Prior exposure to outbound tools and lead engagement workflows.
  • Previously used HubSpot and Intercom
