Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

Research and identify potential clients through various channels.

Reach out to leads and existing customers via phone email and in-person meetings.

Pitch and present IGPs corporate gifting solutions to prospects.

Prepare customized quotes and proposals.

Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM and sales tools.

Maintain and update client data in the CRM database.

Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.

Participate in daily weekly and monthly sales meetings and reviews.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
