Your Responsibilities:
managing a team of 18 engineers who work across multiple teams and products within GTDCN
developing and growing the team ensuring they have the right skills and competencies
coaching mentoring and assessing team members to support their career development
recruiting and onboarding new talents
ensuring the highest quality of team results
building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Information about the Squad:
We are looking for a Chapter Lead who is skilled and experienced in managing IT teams. In this role you will work closely with the Global DCN Tribe (GTDCN) as the main stakeholder. You will lead a group of ING Hubs PL engineers working across different teams and products within DCN Tribe. Your main task will be to take over an existing team and drive its further development. The role requires close collaboration with multiple GTDCN stakeholders fostering a strong team culture and ensuring the continuous growth of both individuals and the team as a whole.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Chapter Lead Engineer III
