Responsibilities:
1. To Achieve assigned and agreed on Sales targets Monthly Quarterly and Yearly
2. Lead Generation and Management
3. Closure of Existing Leads
4 . Extensive field visits to Leads generated and closure of leads
5. Prepare a strategy for to achieve Sales Target
6. Customer management before and after Sales
7. Appointment of Influencers / channel partners
Evaluation Matrix:
1. Selling Techniques / Convincing ability
2. Achieved sales nos in past / Target oriented approach
3. Cold room Industry knowledge
4. B2C and B2B selling knowledge
5. Influencer / channel partner management experience
