Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive to manage the inventory and store operations at our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling stock ensuring timely procurement of supplies maintaining records and coordinating with different departments for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily store operations including stock management and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely procurement of supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of inventory to maintain quality and prevent damage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen housekeeping and other departments for smooth supply chain management.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures as per resort standards.
- Handle vendor coordination invoicing and purchase order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock utilization and wastage.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in storekeeping preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office (Excel Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates Should have driving license
