Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to join our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth leading the sales team and developing strategies to expand our market presence. As the Head of Sales you will play a key role in shaping MYCISOs sales vision and strategy while fostering a highperforming resultsdriven sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit train and lead a highperforming sales team fostering a collaborative and goaloriented culture.

  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities develop gotomarket plans and establish strategic partnerships to drive growth.

  • Performance Management: Set clear sales objectives track progress against targets and ensure accountability within the sales team.

  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring exceptional customer experience and longterm partnerships.

  • Sales Operations: Optimize sales processes tools and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing product and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance market trends and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales Sales Director or similar leadership role in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highgrowth environment.

  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent strategic planning communication and negotiation skills.

  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and market trends is a strong advantage.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a focus on results and accountability.
