Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Account Management Director to lead and foster longterm relationships with our demand partners. As an Individual Contributor you will be the goto point of contact for strategic demand partner stakeholders ensuring the successful management optimization and growth of accounts in the programmatic advertising space. Youll work crossfunctionally with various teams ensuring seamless integration and implementation while identifying opportunities to drive partner success and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Build and nurture strong longterm omni channel relationships with demand partners managing daytoday interactions and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders
Serve as the main liaison for Marketplace demand partners with a data driven approach to guide decision making for daily performance monitoring account optimization and resolution of any performancerelated issues
Lead clientfacing calls and strategic meetings including QBRs to align on goals and drive performance and upsell new opportunities
Consultative leader who can develop tailored solutions and drive strategic that delivers measurable success for partners
Work Crossfunctionally with internal teamsFinance Operations Product and Supply to ensure partners receive the best possible service and experience
Become a deep subjectmatter expert on the Verve product suite and platform guiding clients to fully leverage our solutions for maximum impact
Stay at the forefront of the programmatic ecosystem by staying current with new ad tech developments and understanding how emerging trends can unlock opportunities for clients
What You Will Bring
5 years of proven account management experience preferably in programmatic advertising digital media or a related field particularly in a fastpaced datadriven environment
Indepth understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem including ad exchanges DSPs programmatic business models emerging mediums and other mobilebased platforms
Selfmotivated and goaloriented a team player with strong communications skills to lead clientfacing meetings and influence effectively at all levels of an organization
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time in a highpressure and fastpaced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments ensuring a unified approach to partner success
Strong analytical skills and experience using data insights to drive strategy drive actionable insights and improve performance
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
