Job Summary Real Estate Account Analyst
- Reconcile landlord accounts by reviewing general ledger and sub ledgers to ensure payment and billing accuracy as per legal contracts.
- Make necessary account adjustments and work with teams to negotiate settlements; update corrections in JDE Property Management system.
- Communicate with landlords to explain contract terms account reconciliations and overpayment solutions.
- Research and interpret legal documents and contract terms to ensure billing payment and data integrity.
- Update JDE system for data issues impacting billing payments and financial records (FAS13).
- Administer recurring processes affecting monthly financials including revenue/expense escalations terminations and data corrections.
- Work on special accounts data integrity reports and projects as exceptions to normal processing.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of JDE tables data flow and field usage for property management and general ledger functions.
- Meet monthly deadlines for timely financial adjustments.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain high attention to detail strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interpret legal real estate contracts and apply accounting principles to daily work.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
