Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Change Management Lead to drive business adoption and enablement across a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role is focused on leading the people side of change ensuring the organization is ready engaged and equipped to transition to new ways of working enabled by the ERP solution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in business transformation stakeholder alignment and enterprise-level change not just tech comms or training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the end-to-end change management plan aligned with ERP
- Drive organizational readiness by working closely with business leaders process owners and functional teams.
- Define and execute integrated communication training and engagement plans.
- Partner with functional and transformation teams to embed new ways of working across business units.
- Support leadership alignment change networks and business engagement forums.
- Monitor change adoption and manage resistance proactively.
- Report on change metrics business risk and mitigation actions to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in enterprise change management preferably on large ERP or business transformation programs.
- Proven success leading organizational change across complex matrixed environments.
- Experience with ERP programs (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday MS Dynamics) is a plus but not as a technical consultant.
- Certifications in change methodologies (e.g. Prosci Kotter ADKAR) preferred.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across functions geographies and levels including C-level stakeholders.
