The Creative Collective is seeking an Account/Project Manager or SEM Professional to come and join our highperforming awardwinning team in either Newcastle or on the Sunshine Coast QLD you choose (we also have an office exchange but more about that later). We are experiencing considerable growth and have newly created roles open in all states with great flexible working arrangements and lots of perks!
What we are looking for:
As a fulltime Account Manager and SEM Pod Leader you will play a key role in our team and run your department like its your own business unit. You will have a proven track record managing projects and a sound understanding of Digital Marketing. Your key priority is ensuring an exceptional customer experience quality work added creative value and making sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
From time to time you will also work with other pod leaders on the development of brands and websites as well as recurring clients engaging us ongoing for PR social media and more services.
You are confident passionate and energetic about your work. Always professional you excel in managing all types of clients with consistent care and professionalism. You can seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure delivery milestones are always met regardless of any hurdles faced along the way. You also understand the critical importance of this role in supporting the overall success of our business and you will be part of our Leadership Team that guides our business as we continue to scale.

We are looking at a minimum contract period of 12 months with a view to continuing ongoing. A negotiated salary package that is commensurate with qualifications experience and capacity to do this and any future role will be taken into consideration. Up and coming Account Managers with 12 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
