Our client is a topnotch technology company which is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and implement business development strategies in the SaaS sector specifically in HRM for timekeeping and payroll.
Identify and cultivate customer relationships while expanding the partner network.
Manage customer relationships to ensure service quality and maintain longterm cooperation.
Negotiate and sign contracts to secure revenue.
Supervise and support the sales team in reaching out to new customers.
Analyze the market and propose growth strategies.
Assist management in making important business decisions.
Recruit and train the direct sales and telesales teams.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Development Manager Sales Manager or Head of Business Development in the B2B software SaaS or HR Tech sectors.
Familiarity with HR management timekeeping payroll and HRM software is advantageous.
Experience in networking with manufacturing sectors and stakeholders is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage a team including recruitment training and policy development for the sales team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to consult on solutions and drive sales growth.
Capable of developing business plans and achieving revenue targets.
Proficient in identifying potential customers building relationships and expanding market reach. Candidates with a network in HR HRM HRD and CEO circles is significantly preferred.
Strategic mindset proactive work approach leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
