Job Description
What Youll Do:
Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the full cycle including invoicing collections and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Use Business Central for processing tracking and managing customer payments customising reports and ensuring accurate data entry.
Collection and Dispute Resolution: Monitor overdue accounts contact customers for prompt payment and resolve disputes efficiently.
Cash Application & Reconciliations: Ensure accurate application of payments and perform balance sheet reconciliations for aged debtors and bank accounts.
Reporting & Collaboration: Generate detailed reports work closely with sales customer service and finance teams and continuously improve processes for better efficiency and cash flow.
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Table:
- Degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Business Central experience is desirable
- Advanced Excel skills with ideally experience with Power Query Power Automate and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A solutionfocused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- The ability to analyse and process high volumes of data and documentation on a daily basis.
