The Role
Were on the lookout for a detail-driven Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join our small but mighty Finance team.
From reconciliations and trade accounts to payroll and month-end youll be hands-on across key financial functionsand have opportunities to streamline and improve processes along the way.
What Youll Do
Reconcile bank accounts match transactions spot discrepancies
Manage payables and receivables issue invoices chase overdue payments
Run payroll for local and international teams update employee records
Post journal entries month-end closing support month-end reporting
Jump into finance tasks as needed support the team across projects
What Youll Bring
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 23 years in accounts (SaasS experience a plus!)
Experience in accounts receivable payroll and month-end closing
Proficiency in Xero and Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Thrive in a fast-paced ever-evolving startup environment
