Job Description

- Managing day-to-day accounting operations while supervising the accountants
- Reviewing and managing payments and journal entries
- Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare accounting entries
- Following up with internal departments and external parties on payments and revenue collection processes
- Generating weekly cashflow reports
- Generating monthly "profit & loss market" reports
- Assisting with monthly closings and preparations of financial statements
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Cooperating with external auditors to prepare and complete the annual auditing process
- Performing cashflow forecasting and budgeting
- Managing payroll administration
- Managing with implementing and maintaining internal financial control and procedures
- Preparing official letters, as needed
- Managing petty cash and its documentation
- Fully handle the logging, management and quality assurance of entries in the deployed accounting software
- Any assigned task that contributes to the continued success of DME
