Part Time Role
Looking for an aspiring candidate that will primarily be working and maintaining the companies ecommerce websites.
Customer Service and Support:
- Handling customer inquiries via email or chat addressing questions about products shipping and policies.
- Managing returns and exchanges ensuring a smooth process for customers wishing to return or exchange items.
- Following up on customer feedback and reviews both positive and negative to build customer relationships and improve products and services.
- Resolving disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing product information and assistance in placing orders.
Order Processing and Inventory Management:
- Managing and updating product listings including descriptions images and prices.
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
- Processing orders from confirmation to shipping and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Coordinating with shipping vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handling inventoryrelated queries and updates.
