Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Modesto CA. You will play a vital role in delivering prompt professional assistance to our clients ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are resolved in a timely and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Track and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and solve complex issues
Provide product and service information to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and confirming resolutions
Support administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience in customer service support or administrative roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
