Job Description
Job Title: Sales Assistant
Job Description:
1. Responsibilities:
Contractrelated tasks:
- Drafting contract documents
- Preparing and assisting with L/C (Letter of Credit) applications
- Managing and sharing contract documents with relevant parties
Delivery:
- Managing shipping schedules and disseminating information
- Handling dispatch documents
Funds Collection:
- Following up on funds collection (including reminders and contacting clients)
Data Management:
- Managing sales information
- Assisting with the Sales Report created by the sales representative
Administrative Procedures:
- Assisting with visitor and business trip arrangements (hotel bookings flight arrangements vehicle bookings visa arrangements internal applications)
2. Ideal Candidate:
- A person with a strong desire to improve and a positive attitude (as the Nairobi branch plans to expand monthly sales by approximately 1.5 to 2.0 times we are looking for someone who will actively work with us to expand our business)
- Good at organizing and sorting information (able to quickly retrieve needed information)
- Looking to work longterm (we aim to solidify knowledge though we are considering 12year contract renewals)
- Familiarity with basic Excel tasks is preferred
- Experience with customs operations is a plus
- Female (for gender balance in the office)
3. Work Location:
- Nairobi Upper Hill Britam Tower
Salary:
- KSH / month
