Job Summary:
Our client a fast-growing technology company providing SaaS solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its B2B sales team. The role focuses on expanding new business opportunities strengthening existing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead coach and supervise the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company growth plans
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key decision-makers
- Monitor team performance sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns and product readiness
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management
Main Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 4-6 years of B2B sales experience including 1-2 years in a sales leadership or team lead role
- Proven success in SaaS or technology solution selling
- Strong skills in communication negotiation and team management
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Fluent in Khmer and good command of English (spoken and written)
