- Spearheading teams to monitor upgrade and maintain compliances; establishing robust quality systems at various stages of operations
- Administering quality systems and compliance including auditing validations and plant operation compliances Driving Cleaning Validation activities at Plant
- Supervising regulatory inspection responses communications and updates of the regulatory agencies Supervising annual budgets manpower planning and leading team in setting objectives KPIs & ensuring performance objectives are metFacilitating customer audits and following up of the effectiveness of the corrective action taken for closure of audit observations
