Czech Technical Support

For one of the biggest names in tech we are looking for Technical support agents. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve technical problems and answer any questions they may have.

Tech savvy youll be working a lot with consumers with problems relating to mobile devices. You have the ability and will to absorb knowledge

Required skills

• Fluent in Czech
• Working proficiency in English
• Experience in Technical Support is preferred
• Self Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity Systems & Devices
• Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
• Excellent communication skills
• High understanding of IT topics such as storage networking mobile device management
• You display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to show empathy towards customers
• You have a positive & flexible attitude
• Attendance and punctuality
• Ability and will to absorb knowledge
