Scope:
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Manager Legal with our manufacturing client Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. located in Lahore.
Job Duties:
- As a Manager Legal you will be responsible for overseeing and managing legal operations ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements and providing legal advice and support to the organization.
- You will work closely with crossfunctional teams handle legal documentation contracts and agreements and represent the company in legal matters.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Proven experience in a legal role preferably as a Manager Legal or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law contract law and labor law
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal matters to nonlegal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with the furniture industry and related legal considerations is a plus
Job Timings:
- Monday to Saturday 09:00 AM 5:30 PM
