Customer Support With Hebrew - Lisbon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:

• Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
• Management of incoming calls and email
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
• Handling clients requests: policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details.

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Hebrew language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• to live in Lisbon Portugal or you can relocate there
• Strong communication skills
• A desire to be part of a fastgrowing international company

What you will gain:

• Base salary without accommodation: 1750 gross
• Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1450 gross only if you are currently living at least 100 km away from Lisbon
