The project:

You will be providing services for Mandarinsepaking clients of FedEx; an American multinational company focused on transportation ecommerce and business services. Today it is best known for its air delivery service which was one of the first major shipping companies to offer overnight delivery as a flagship service.

Your tasks:

• Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers and solutions;
  
• Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns;
  
• Provide information about products;
  
• Rerouting of issues to other departments.
  

You only need:

• Fluency in Mandarin (must be at least C1) and communicative level of English (at least B2).
  
• EU citizenship or full working rights in Portugal.
  

Your rewards:

• Standard salary of 1360E gross per month
