IAM Specialist

Role: IAM Security Specialist/SME Purpose of the job
In the role of IAM Security Specialist you will have a good understanding in Identity Governance and Access solutions and concepts around identity and identity governance.
Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management infrastructure & architecture management as well as business functions.
Contribute to the development of overall technical strategies designs standards and procedures that support business strategies.
To understand the technical infrastructure problems challenges and complexities that exist within each stream or area of program.
Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice.
Provide Quality and Technical Assurance on technical work packages.
Desired skills:
You must have 26 years experience within the IAM field.
Experience in management of Identity Access Management solutions like Azure AD Ping Federate Okta Sailpoint Savyint etc.
Experience on provisioning and federated access to Cloud/SaaS applications hands on experience on EmpowerID is highly desirable.
Indepth knowledge in Modern Authentication concepts such as SingleSignOn (SSO) Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) OAuth OpenID Connect (OIDC)MFA
Understanding of Identity Domain utilizing protocols such as System for CrossDomain Identity Management (SCIM) Light Weight Directory Access (LDAP).
Experience in working with RESTful API .
Scripting language Knowledge such as Powershell/Python scripting is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge on CI/CD Pipeline.
Experience on application Migration in IAM domain is an added advantage.
Experience in the IAM space managing & implementing Enterprise scale/high volume IAM platforms.
Familiar with Privileged Access Management/ Privileged Identity Management.
Relevant security certifications will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent written oral communication and reporting skills.
Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mindset.
