Job Description

As a PreSales Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to potential customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs demonstrating how our products or services can meet those needs and assisting in the development of sales strategies. Your efforts will contribute to the successful acquisition of new clients and the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in RFP/RFI/RFE/RFQ/EOI Preparation Proposal Writing e1Governance Bid Management Tender preparation Procurement
  • Must have experience in preparing cost estimation and technical proposals such that it meets clients requirements
  • Help sales executives during the technical presentations
  • Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
  • Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals
  • delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
  • Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors behavior.
  • Build case studies and competency documents
  • Must have experience in responding to RFIs from BFSI Energy and Govt Tenders
  • Must have exp in Bid Portals GeM eProcurement and other Govt. portals
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
