Senior Avionics Cooling Engineer

i. Define & develop thermal concepts for liquid and/or air cooled avionics cooling systems coordinate their development in agreement with systems

ii. Perform hand calculations for early feasibility as well as detailed heat transfer and thermodynamic simulations for Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems

iii. Evaluate the results of technical calculations for the Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems.

iv. Prepare/review technical documents (system description report thermal analysis reports the results of technical calculations for the Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems

v. Provide solutions during the process of designing installing or testing liquid and/or air cooled avionics cooling systems.

vi. Define/review Control Laws and Algorithms for Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems.

vii. Prepare/review Complete thermal modelling and analysis of the Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems.

viii. Avionics Cooling Engineer will be responsible for the coordination development and management of technical requirements.

ix. Avionics Cooling Engineer will be responsible for the Architecture definition of the Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems.

x. Execute design reviews for ensuring all necessary deliverables are complete and entry and exit criteria is met.

xi. Development of requirements and preparation of specifications for Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems.

xii. Work with design teams to develop validation/verification plans/ reports for Liquid and/or Air Cooled Avionics Cooling Systems.

Requirements

a. Minimum 10 years of experience in Avionics Cooling Systems in Aviation and Aerospace Industry
